The CW 261 nm
DUV solid-state laser models offer a
spectral linewidth <
0.003 nm, power
stability < 0.5%, and
output power up to 1.5
W. Air cooling or water
cooling are optional,
enabling 7×24 hour
stable continuous
operation. The system
supports OEM integration
as well as internal and
external
triggering. They
are widely used in
spectral analysis,
bio‑fluorescence
detection, semiconductor
inspection, advanced
scientific research,
precision
measurement , and other
fields.
