The Full-Spectrum Optical Parameter Testing
System covers spectral ranges from ultraviolet (UV), visible,
short-wave infrared (SWIR), mid-wave infrared (MWIR) to
long-wave infrared (LWIR). It consists of a collimator system, a
multi-spectral target generator module, a high-precision sample
rotation stage system, an image analyzer, and an optical
platform, with a maximum effective aperture of 600 mm. Its core
testing parameters include: on-axis/off-axis MTF, defocus MTF,
effective focal length, lateral chromatic aberration,
astigmatism, field curvature, depth of field, distortion,
relative illumination, encircled energy, among others.
Customers can select and customize the collimator
system according to specific spectral testing requirements.
Parameters of the high-precision rotation stage—such as maximum
test angle, grating ruler resolution, and control mode—can also
be tailored to meet application needs. |
