PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is a
molecular biological technology for amplification and amplification of specific
DNA fragments. Digital PCR is the third generation PCR technology, which is an
absolute quantitative technology of nucleic acid molecules. Compared with
traditional qPCR technology, digital PCR(dPCR) has the following
characteristics: absolute quantitative, no standard, low sample demand, high
