CNI’s self-developed 320 nm UV CW laser series
includes both continuous-wave and actively Q-switched pulsed models. Featuring
low noise, high stability, ultra-narrow linewidth and excellent beam quality,
these lasers deliver up to 4 W output power, with linewidth as low as <0.00001
nm and power stability <0.5%.
Supporting air or water cooling, they ensure stable
24/7 operation and are compatible with OEM integration as well as internal and
external triggering. These lasers are widely used in spectral analysis,
semiconductor inspection, biomedicine, advanced scientific research and
precision micromachining. |
